I agree with allon you may have had a faulty installation, or a component on your operating system my be inflicting witht the browser, or perhaps a off set setting in your internet controls. My suggestion would be first try to remove the file and then try downloading it again, to a removable storage device. And make sure to check the internet settings and check for any offset controls.
