Well I'm selling my site, it's 5 months old and it's page rank is 650,202.

It's estimated domain value is $340, according to every domain appraisal I checked it's well over $300- but I'm willing to sell it for $50.

If anybody's interested in buying then I'll need a way to talk to you live... MSN or AIM would be nice.
