I'm sorry but i would think its more of a 1/10 as there is no effort in this site! sorry if that is a bit rude but there doesn't seem to be any view of heart in there, i recommend spending longer than 5 minutes on it and drawing a couple of sketches first to get a better idea, i dont mean to be rude but i do mean to push! no one wants a site that looks like its taken 5 minutes to make they will think your services are the same!
just think about what you really want first then put it on the pc and if you get stuck walk away and then go back to it!
please fix the look of your site, it will gain you alot more traffic and new users
