hey thats not a bad site there! but there is a couple of problems to get it to look how you really wanted it to look!
change the login area where it said hello guest take the 50% visible layer and put a chrome bordered box there with the hello guest and login information sitting inside!
fix the border to go with your logo give your logo shadow a little slant to the right and follow that with the back ground eg give the background the same as your logo or it will look strange!
lastly i am not to bothered about the massive writing in the middle of the page although it could be a lot smaller! what does bother me is the red news and shared hosting bar please remove the red and continue with your design as your footer and top menu bar consistency is the winner!
other than that there is not much of a problem apart from the font colour problem in your forum at the bottom!
you have the makings of a great site fix the graphical problem and put some more content on there and your site will be a winner!
