More information would be helpful here. What are you currently running? Are you selling single items or multiple items? You can probably get away with simple Paypal buynow buttons if you are selling single items.

IF you need a more complete e-commerce solutions, Google is your friend. THere are numerous free e-commerce solutions out there.
