Hi
I have a website with top and bottom box with round edges.
It looks fine on my somewhat new laptop.

But the top round edge seems to chip or missing sometimes when viewed on older monitors.

Could someone tell me whats the issues here is it css? or it the issues with the monitor.
Any link or resource that explain it would be much appreciated.

THIS Happend only when using IE.
