Sometimes I feel lonely in the whole planet.
Explain:
What I want? A simple program, web monitor.
Monitoring sites, using an application. Every time a site changes, it would send me a mail.
I download many(really many) trial programs trying to configuring them.
First step: send a test mail to be sure I can be contacted.
No luck at all!
All these web monitors do not support ssl! That's the problem.
At least this seems to be. And all the web mails I have tried require ssl in the authentication. The web monitors do not, so thats it.

Do you have to suggest me a web monitor program that really works?
I hope somebody in this world (and in this forum) have similar experience so he could tell me which application sends mail without problems and really do the job.

Any help?
