Black hat has many shapes and sizes...
Many times it is used to reach top results and gain momentum
especially when you have much competion in that field.
Though anymore the google search engine is getting smarter and old
techniques like stuffing hidden paragraphs with keywords and a few other
little sneaky tricks dont work as well as it used to.... ummm not that i have
