My favorite Linux for personal use is probably Ubuntu, for servers I would choose Red Hat. Both are quite versatile and have many, many features.
I would use Linux more often if it were more compatible with more programs and software. But I am currently on a dual-boot Ubuntu/XP Pro with using the XP Pro most often
