sorry i had to travel to the east coast.

Yes each one of the form objects, text box, yes or no, has a specific name. like if i was going to type my name into the name field i would put snapple in the code there is the name attribute which needs to corispond to the field in the mysql table.

this way when it gets sent to the mysql table it knows where to go.
