There are a few ready-uploaded templates and there is about $20 of paid posting on the forums (where I post the templates). To acess the templates you must sign up, however if you want a quality check without signing up then just take a look at the url I mentioned earlier, because that was made by one of the templates.
I am only looking for offers at this moment and I may not sell the site after all.
