I suggest u use Windows Explorer/Internet Explorer 6.0
Type the ftp server name in the address bar: ftp://server.com/
If you need to log in with a username/password, you will be prompted (or click on File>Login As... in the menu). The window will open up just like normal and you can copy and paste your stuff without paying for an FTP Software. :P
