I think netdrive is by far the best FTP program out there. I have used all of the above and most of them are cumbersome and don't mesh well with exsiting aps. Netdrive on the other hand allows you to simply map your FTP server as a drive and then drag and drop using explorer or just use regula windows Save as or Open menus to access your FTP.

I can't post a link as I'm still a junior member but if you google netdrive or loog for it on digg you should be able to get it.
