I like it but I have to say, it kind of looks like you used a template, which is fine but I would add some flash animations or backgrounds even some pics would help make it more fun. Your logo is great, and banners are always good thing, but the fonts are way too small and undefined. Try using some bolder san serif fonts. If you have access to a program that can maybe add some shadowing that would be nice. Just my opinion.
