If you live near a major urban area, I would suggest registering with a service that conducts interviews and focus groups. Online surveys very rarely pay off, but many focus group companies will pay you 60-200 dollars an hour if you're willing to actually come to their offices.

It helps if there's something that distinguishes you from the average person--if you run a business, are trained in a particular field, or have a disease, they'll be more interested in your opinions.

Try focusgroup.com I did an individual interview with them and they paid me immediately.
