A few things:
*Consider altering the links or the link menu background - blue on blue isn't the best idea to run wit!
*This is a minor thing, you are using .html and .htm, may as well just use the one - I don't really know the difference but always favoured .html
*Perhaps make the website more interesting by formatting the text by changing the font, and adding some bold/italic where relevant!
