I'll have to agree with the previous posts, learn some HTML or at least how to read it. Some of the ways that I first learned was through Frontpage. I would do something through frontpage and then see what the code ended up looking like. Later on it became easier and I could cut and past DHTML into Frontpage and do some pretty impressive stuff relatively easy.
