What size is the data-set you are backing-up? I know you said it is huge, but a more numeric value might help us make some recommendations.

If you have 100's of GB you will need a service provider that can manually transfer the data manually via portable hard drive to start the backup for incremental backups start running each night. They can usually return your data by portable hard drive in an emergency too.
