I'm looking for a Professional webmaster, website designer and computer programmer to help me with my website needs/project.

Overall I'm a bit frustrated. I had three persons coming home, taking my time, my money and the results is that they didn't know what to do or how to help me, ( the third person was very nice, but his ideas arenot what I'm looking for) so the time they where here was trying to figure out how to do it. Well, I need someone that KNOWS what to do and how to do it, not try to figure out how to do it ( I can do that myself). So I'm going to try to explain with a bit more detail in here what it is that I need and ONLY if you truly know what I'm talking about and KNOWS what to do, then reply, if not don't do it I'm tired of trial and error, I want someone really professional with extensive experience and that can prove me that ,and help me.

I just moved to Miami Beach from NY city. When I was in NY I created my website myself with the help of Barry my computer guy. He was not a web designer but a computer programmer, he didn't know how to create websites but if I told him what I wanted, he will create from scratch. Well he did and my website was created, then I moved to Miami and didn't have time for him to show me how to control and manage my own website.

Now I have two problems, one is that I totally want to change the overlook of my site, I need to delete things, add new ones, make it to be more like a ecommerce website, easier to read to my visitors and easier to navigate.
My second a bid problem is that I can't seem to find the right person to work with me. I don't fully know how did Barry create my site but looks kind of Chinese to the people who come here to help me with this.

So far I know he used CSS but seem like he have put tables on top of tables and the structure and coding he did is very confusing to other "professionals" who have come down here to view it. Also, the solution they offer is to create a totally new one from a template and add my info fresh into this new format.

Well, the problem is that as you'll see my website haven't a template it's create as I call using " a free format" where I choose were I want to put things. I'm a very creative person and don't like simple templates and formats that limits my creativity. I don't want someone who want to change my website in a format just because it's the only way he/she knows how to work. I want someone who can see beyond templates and square formatting structures.

So my search still on, what I need?

I NEED a PROFESSIONAL WEBMASTER, WEBSITE DESIGNER AND COMPUTER PROGRAMER.

*FULL KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING WITH CPANEL* HTML, DREAMWEAVER, FTP........

* FULL KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO CREATE A ECOMMERCE WEBSITE, WITH SHOPPING CART, MERCHANT ACCOUNT AND YOU MUST KNOW ALL ABOUT WORKING WITH PAYPAL AND ALL THE TOOLS AND BUSINESS SOLUTIONS THEY PROVIDE. Please be advice that I will only have two products to sell via shopping cart. The other products I sell are via another partner website that are linked to mine. So when I mean ecommerce site, I mean to make easier for my visitors to buy the TWO products I have to sell.

* knowledge on how to administer google adwords campaigns as well as the use of various other marketing tools to maximize the profit of my website.

In resume, I need a truly professional who can transform my website into what I want it to look like, and can work with the program/code/format that Barry used to create my actual website, then teach me how to manage and control my own website.

I need a person who knows how to listen to what I want and need to create in my website and make my vision a reality. Not someone who wants me to change my site into a simple template because that's the way they know how to do
it.

I really sorry for this long message, but if you will be in my position will fell the same after trying with three person and after expending my time and money didn't accomplish anything else but to give me a headache and having to explain things to the next one, like I'm doing now.

You can charge me per hour ( please be reasonable) or a flat fee for the whole project, and then, when it's finished and we work with teaching me the management and control of my website, we can do it per hour, it's up to you and we can talk about price and details in person.

Please only respond if you TRULY think you can help me and actually can deliver what you say, I'm really tired of wasting money and time, while getting no results.
So if you are a Truly professional website designer and computer programmer, have complete knowledge and can prove it, please I need you ASAP.

This can be a great freelance job opportunity for you, since my partner in life just fired his computer guy so I know he is also looking for someone to help him in his business with his computer needs. So you could work with both of us.
