looks except for a few points;

1) the white space around the banner... it looks like s**t
2) the menu at the left has a small white line under the titles while there is no line at the advertisements at the right.
3) you better use the same colorscheme for the menu on the left as you used with the advertisements on the right (I think that one looks neater)

I think that was it, ow yea I forgot one thing
if you look at the grey bar at the top, it stands out to much I think. If you dicide to change the white color around the banner to the blue where it says North Wits... then you should use that color on the top as well, and use the grey for the part on the right where you hid some links
