Manage time so that you have some spare time for yourself also.
After staying in front of PC go outside, have a walk, do something different than just jumping in bed and watching TV.
Eat fruits! Vitamins are great.

Practice some sports.
After each hour of PC, 10 minutes break. Watch on the window, relax your muscles.
