Question I don't want to change to PHP but....

Hi guys.

I've got a bit of a headache when it comes to getting RSS new feeds to come on my page.

I want one that gets spidered and indexed BUT I've been town that the commerical ones like feedburner are no good for SEO and indexing etc.
However some say there are ones that are....

I've been told that the key is to use php script for pulling the news from the source page onto my website but I've not a clue how.

PHP looks like an alien language but If I am shown an existing example without someone trying to get my credit card details it's yet to happen.

Also I've built my huge website (diving lore) up from scratch on a html format. Any ideas on injecting the rss feed into that? I really don't want to go about re-creating 500 pages in php...

Can someone help me?
